Non-Immigrant Visas

Non-immigrant visas are generally for travelers who wish to visit, work or study temporarily in the United States.  Please visit the State Department's Bureau of Consular Affairs web site travel.state.gov for information for Temporary Visitors to the U.S.

See the links at left for information on applying for a non-immigrant visa in Luxembourg.

- Students and exchange visitors who cannot get an appointment through the call center in time for the beginning of their program should send a fax to +352 46 19 39 to request an expedited appointment.

- In case of emergency travel (emergency medical treatment, emergent business travel or family emergency such as death) requiring an expedited appointment, applicants should send a fax to +352 46 19 39 explaining the circumstances.
